TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All Rentals are subject to the Terms and Conditions printed on the Rental Agreement.

For Rentals of Less Than 7 Days:

Our Car Hire Prices INCLUDE:

  1. Full Insurance which covers:
    1. Third Party
    2. Passengers
    3. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
    4. Accidental damage to rented vehicle with excess:
      €700     - For Groups A3, A5, B3, B5, C2, C3, C4 
      €1,000 - For Groups D1, D4, D5, D6, D7, EW, EY, T1
      €1,500 - For Groups E3, EB, EC, EH, H1, H2, T5, V3, V5
      €2,500 - For Groups E5, EQ, ER, H6, T6, W3, W4
      €3,500 - For Groups G3, G4, G5, H7, T8, V7, V8
      €5,000 - For Groups G9, H9, V9
  2. Vehicle Theft Protection (not contents) with NO EXCESS
  3. Free delivery and collection within the town/holiday resorts limits of Nicosia, Larnaka, Limassol, Pafos, Ayia Napa and Protaras when vehicle is delivered and returned in the same location.
    1. For rentals 3-6 days a charge may apply for delivery and/or collection in a different location and clients will be advised at the time of booking if applicable.
    2. For one way rentals under 3 days a delivery/drop off charge is applicable and client will be advised at the time of booking of the appropriate charge depending on distance and category of vehicle.

  7. No extra charge for additional driver

General Information

Prepayments:
For Car Groups G3, G4, G5, G9, EQ, ER, H7, T8, V7, V8, V9 and W3 a prepayment equal to 25% of the total amount of the booking is mandatory for "Pay on arrival" bookings. The customer will be notified by email for payment method options.

Fuel:
Vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. A refundable fuel deposit is collected at the start of the rental and refunded when the vehicle is returned with a full tank.

Driver Requirements:
For drivers under 25 years of age who have held a full driving licence for less than three years at the time of rental, additional requirements may apply, such as a security deposit and insurance coverage for young drivers. If these circumstances apply to you, you will need to contact our team at the time of reservation so that we may advise you of the applicable requirements.

Vehicle Make and Model:
All vehicle makes, models and images shown are for illustrative purposes only and represent examples within the relevant vehicle group. Reservations are confirmed by vehicle group and not by a specific make, model, colour, year of manufacture or specification. We reserve the right to provide a different vehicle within the same group, or a higher group at no additional charge, subject to availability. Vehicle features, dimensions, seating configuration and luggage capacity may vary between vehicles within the same group.

Passenger and Luggage Capacity:
The number of adults, children and items of luggage shown for each vehicle group is indicative only. Actual passenger and luggage capacity may vary depending on the vehicle supplied, the age and size of passengers, the type of child seats required, whether all seats are in use, and the size and shape of the luggage. Customers are responsible for selecting a vehicle group suitable for their specific passenger, child-seat and luggage requirements.

Special Requests:
Child seats, booster seats, roof racks, navigation systems and other additional items can be provided upon request at extra cost.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are free of charge. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before pick-up, a cancellation fee may apply. For Car Groups G3, G4, G5, G9, EQ, ER, H7, T8, V7, V8, V9 and W3 a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total booking value will apply.

Crossing to the Occupied Areas:
Travel to the occupied areas requires additional insurance, which is not included in the standard rental insurance. Customers must contact us in advance for information regarding the applicable cover, restrictions and conditions.

SCDW Charge for Short-term Rentals:
The Company reserves the right to refuse to clients the waiver option of Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW) for rental periods of less than 7 days and in such a case shall refund the corresponding amount to the credit/debit card used for payment.

Available at extra cost

  • Young drivers charges for drivers under 25 years old with less than 3 years full licence available on request.
  • Child/booster seat at €15 per rental.
  • Roof/Ski Rack at €20 per rental.
  • GPS from at €5 per day, Weekly €25 with maximum charge per rental €40.

Methods of payment

  • For online payments, we accept Visa and Mastercard.
  • For payments made locally, we accept all major credit and debit cards.
